Sausage Pakodas

  1. Prasuma Chicken cheddar sausages – 6
  2. Water as required
  3. 1/4 Teaspoon Ajwain powder
  4. 2 Cup chickpea flour
  5. 1/4 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  6. 1/4 Teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
  7. Oil to fry
  8. 1/2 Cup Rice Powder
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
  1. Take a saucepan and pour 2 cups of water in it
  2. Boil the water, and add the sliced sausages. Boil on medium heat for 5 minutes. Drain and keep aside
  3. In a bowl mix the chickpea flour, rice flour with salt and spices and make a thick batter by adding a little water.
  4. Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan.
  5. Dip each sausage slice in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
  6. Serve the pakoras hot with green chutney.
